How to Order: Go to our People’s Market website HERE, click the box type you would like to purchase, then select the item you would like to purchase on the pull-down menu. Click the quantity, then select add to cart. Continue to shop for more items, then click on your cart and check out. During check out, DO NOT FORGET to select delivery! If online payment is a barrier please email us peoplesmarketsnap@gmail.com for other options for payment.
Delivery times: Orders on Saturday will be delivered before 3:00 PM
Refunds:
Missing Items: Please email us asap to get a refund on your missing item/s. Email: peoplesmarketmanager@gmail.com with a list of items missing and a copy of your invoice, if possible.
How do I get a Sponsored Box?: You can request sponsored boxes for yourself or for your family please visit the online store to request your sponsored box(es) online. Please select the items and quantities & check out. Next, select request delivery.

How to I pay with EBT/SNAP?: We are committed to doubling the value of your SNAP benefits. If you are using EBT and need the weekly discount code, please email us at peoplesmarketsnap@gmail.com. You will receive a discount code for your EBT purchases, then order ONLINE. You will be charged 50% of your order and when you pay we will subtract the $4.00 fee. (example: Total order $30.00 + service fee $4.00=$34.00. You pay $15.00) You will need a debit or credit card for the $4.00 fee to check out. Choose a delivery day and click Request no contact delivery in order to process your payment with the delivery driver.
How do I get my product delivered?: When you select Delivery at checkout, you will be charge a $4.00. delivery fee to help offset delivery costs. You must be in the Bloomington city limits. The system will not let you put in an out of state address for delivery.
Why am I being charged $4.00 for delivery?: The pick-up fee covers our operating costs, Covid-19 supplies, and volunteer needs and most importantly goes to help subsidize our EBT program.
